We’re a handful of youthful twenty-somethings, born and raised in Hawaii, new to the world, and eager to eat it up.

At GenerationHi we pride ourselves in bringing the thoughts and works of Hawaii’s latest generation to you. Our focus is on hot topics that affect the future of Hawaii’s current generation. We dabble in news, reviews, lifestyles, discovery of Hawai`ian trends, and expert interviews on a wide breadth of topics ranging from local events to the many ways in which technology is allowing Hawaii’s newest generation to become a major player in the world.  We work for the reader who not only needs to keep up on technology and life, but is passionate about it.

We pull from the many aspects of life here; from the technical savvy and wide-ranging interest of web 2.0 to the rich variety of local cuisine and everything in between.

The contributing staff at GenerationHI is as fluid and diverse as Hawaii itself. We invite people from all walks of life to write for us or become a part of our ohana. While the word "ohana" has fallen out of use, it truly is the best description of our arrangement. We encourage reader participation in conversation and reader submitted articles and blogs.
